David B. Corey Chief Executive Officer
Recognized for his proven expertise in growing and leading private and public technology companies for the last 24 years, Mr. Corey has been a senior executive and entrepreneur at companies such as AT&T, Westell Technologies, Southern Bell, Daleen Technologies and DaCo Solutions Group. He has extensive experience in executive leadership, building successful private and public companies, raising private and public capital, leading organizations through a successful initial public offering (IPO), mergers/acquisitions and driving business results. Prior to Solicore, Mr. Corey most recently held positions as: Founder & President of Daco Solutions Group; and President/COO of Daleen Technologies (NASDAQ: DALN). Mr. Corey graduated from the University of Florida with a Degree in Engineering and an MBA from USF.
Dan Tillwick Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Tillwick has a track record of successfully leading the rapid scale-up of manufacturing and operations in private and public companies. Mr. Tillwick comes to Solicore from Jabil Circuit, where he created a global strategy and built an international team that is today responsible for over $2 billion of electro-mechanical revenue. This involved ground-up infrastructure creation, including people, process and capacity. Prior to his position at Jabil, he served as COO and General Manager of Tracewell Systems, where he implemented operational infrastructure to ensure on-time delivery and increased revenue by 35 percent. While he was CEO and General Manager of Zimmer Packaging, he secured a 99 percent on-time delivery rate and also reduced cost of goods by 20 percent while fostering productivity, sales and service. Mr. Tillwick holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from VPI &SU and an MBA from Drake University.
Neil Kreitman Executive Vice President, Manufacturing
Mr. Kreitman comes to Solicore with over 25 years of business experience in operations, engineering, and executive management. He has been instrumental in starting several companies as well as helping companies transition into high volume manufacturing, He is skilled in managing rapid growth and has a track record of achieving world class results. Most recently Mr Kreitman was President and founder of his own company. Prior to that he served as COO of Reptron Manufacturing, Senior VP of Operations for Westell Technologies and held several management positions within AT&T. Mr. Kreitman graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
David Eagleson Vice President of Sales and Strategic Accounts
Mr. Eagleson is recognized as an expert in RFID, with extensive experience in supply chain management, as well as sales program and team development. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Sales for RFID Global Solution, an industry leader in the solution fulfillment space. Prior to RFID Global Solution, David was the Senior Director of Business Development for Symbol(now Motorola), focusing on partner and channel strategy in market development of enterprise RFID systems. As sales manager for Matrics, a pioneering RFID provider, he secured strategic sales contracts with early adopters including Target, Coca-Cola and Johnson & Johnson, as well as selling Wal-Mart its first RFID rollout. This deal contributed to Symbo acquiring Matrics for $238 million.
Charisse Pacheco Senior Director of Finance and Administration
Ms. Pacheco has 25 years of finance and accounting experience in the manufacturing industry. She has excelled in managing financial planning and budgeting systems for both start-up companies and large public corporations. Her strengths include guiding companies through complex transitions in corporate structuring such as mergers, consolidation of subsidiaries, and implementation of new accounting processes.
