Brendan Ross: CEO
For the last decade, Brendan Ross has worked for and run a number of companies in the ecommerce, local advertising, and ticketing space. Brendan is currently President and CEO of Razorgator Interactive Group, a $120 million live event ticketing company specializing in Hard-to-Get® tickets. In addition to operating a fan-to-fan exchange, Razorgator offers fan experiences, exclusive inventory, and yield management for major events including the NCAA Final Four, the Rose Bowl, and the Super Bowl. Razorgator also provides ticket management software to large corporations. Prior to Razorgator, Brendan served as President and CEO of Fanfare Media Works, a $65 million local advertising company with online and offline components. Fanfare’s products, including advertising on supermarket receipts and shopping carts, are available at more than 10,000 supermarkets across North America. Brendan previously served as President of ReserveAmerica, which was sold in 2009 by IAC to Active Network in a private transaction. ReserveAmerica is North America’s largest outdoor recreation reservation provider, offering internet and call center reservations for some of the most well-known and high-demand outdoor attractions in the world, including the Yosemite National Park, the Washington Monument, and the beach front state parks of California. He also served as Sr. Director of Product Management at Ticketmaster, launching web-based software products including Ticketmaster Auctions, TicketExchange, CRM tools for clients, and Web-based client reporting. Brendan’s first project at Ticketmaster was the launch of the Columbus Blue Jackets TicketExchange site in January of 2002, which enabled Blue Jackets season ticket holders to resell unused tickets to fans. TicketExchange is now used by over 60 professional sports teams in the NBA, NHL, and NFL. Brendan previously held positions at Mercer Management Consulting, Xanga.com, and in the strategy group at MediaOne Broadband (acquired by AT&T). He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University with degrees in Sociology and Economics. Brendan lives with his wife Jill and their two children Sadie and Samson in Los Angeles, California.
Jeff Klausner: CFO
Jeff Klausner has worked as a Financial and Operational executive within a variety of management and leadership roles for numerous projects and corporations, ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to Fortune 500 enterprises. Prior to holding the position of CFO for Razorgator, Jeff served as CFO of InfoSonics Corporation, a $250 million publicly traded distributor and manufacturer of cellular phones. He took InfoSonics public and helped transition them from a US distributor to a distributor and manufacturer of cellular products in both the US and Latin America. Jeff also held several key financial positions, most recently Sr. Director of Finance at Cable & Wireless Plc (Exodus and Digital Island), a global e-business delivery network providing hosting, content delivery (both caching and streaming) and application services. This position resulted from the purchase of Sandpiper Networks, Inc. by Digital Island Inc. where he was Corporate Controller. As Sr. Director, Jeff was responsible for Content Delivery Network, Corporate Procurement, financial due diligence on target companies, worldwide network deployment, billing reporting, and special projects. Jeff previously held positions at Cooper & Lybrand, in the Business Assurance division, in addition to STV Communications (acquired by Sonic Foundry). He graduated from Tulane University, AB Freeman school of business, where he earned a BSM. He is also a CPA in the State of California. Jeff lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife and three young children, one of which is an avid sports fanatic (particularly football and hockey).
Beth Moskowitz: VP, Business Development
A Los Angeles native, Beth Moskowitz began her career in sales, marketing, and promotions in the mid-1980s, working with the likes of Budweiser, American Airlines, American Express, Fox Sports, and numerous other Fortune 100 companies. In the mid-1990s, Beth consulted for the 1994 World Cup Organizing Committee, creating and selling premium ticket packages geared towards the global corporate community. During this time, she was responsible for over $60 million in sales, and it was this incredibly successful World Cup campaign which launched her career with Razorgator. Beth was instrumental in securing and negotiating partnerships with the Olympics, World Cup, professional sports teams, and numerous organizing committees, and over the past few years, she continued to help Razorgator secure tickets to sporting events while working with athletes to develop their online social networks. Outside of her professional life, Beth has also contributed her marketing skills to various non-profit organizations and currently sits on the board of governors for Cedars Sinai Medical Center. She’s also a senior executive committee member for the hospital’s annual Sports Spectacular—one of L.A.’s most successful fundraising events— which grosses over $1.5 million yearly for the Genetics Institute. In addition, Beth sits on the advisory board of the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission. Beth attended University High School in West Los Angeles and went on to San Diego State University. Her various professional triumphs aside, she considers her most important achievements to be within her role as mother and wife. She is happily married to Michael Moskowitz, an automotive/internet entrepreneur and has two daughters, Sidney Morrie, age 14 and Georgie Eloise, age 12.
John Wallace: GM & VP, TicketOS
For the past fifteen years, John Wallace has held numerous Sales Management and General Management positions supporting Fortune 1000 clients. John is currently Vice President and General Manager for Razorgator Interactive Group’s corporate business (including TicketOS and SuiteAgent) where he expanded their corporate customer base as well as their product and services offerings. As a result, the TicketOS software client list has grown by 500% and boasts dozens of Fortune 500 clients. TicketOS is building additional software services to enable corporate customers to acquire and utilize season tickets and suites. Prior to Razorgator, John served as Vice President of Digital Sales for Iron Mountain which made over $150 million in annual sales with over 65% of the business recurring through subscription sales. He was responsible for enterprise, channel, and online sales in addition to presales and post sales support. During John‘s tenure, the annual business grew from $15 million to over $150 million with 2,000 enterprise customers and 100,000 small business and home-user customers, including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, E&Y, PwC, McKinsey and Company, Timberland, Raytheon, Coca-Cola, eBay, Adobe, Bank of America, Cisco, Intel, etc. John previously ran sales and marketing for Connected Corporation, which became one of Deloitte & Touche’s fastest growing private companies in New England. During his tenure there, they grew in sales from $3 million to $36 million. John graduated from Babson College with degrees in Marketing and Communications. He currently lives with his wife Melissa and their three children Reese, Cooper, and Gavin in Los Angeles, CA.
Sharyn Outtrim: VP, Special Events
For over 20 years, Sharyn Outtrim has worked in the hospitality and events industry within (but not limited to) the areas of sports, politics, entertainment, conventions, and luxury travel. Outtrim’s diverse background has given her the capability to strategize an event by weaving client/partner goals, corporate marketing and sponsors activation into one cohesive and memorable customer experience. Outtrim joined Razorgator in 2005 to help build the company’s event partnerships through development of fan and corporate travel, hospitality programs, important partnerships such as NCAA Men’s and Women’s Final Four, Tournament of Roses, and National Football League (NFL). Outtrim has held a number of high-profile positions, including a six year retainer position with the NFL in which she developed their Super Bowl Hospitality program. During this time, following football season, she also created corporate incentive programs for companies such as BMC Software, UbiquiTel, Rosser International, and Transcentive. Prior to that, Outtrim was a part of the opening management team for the Georgia Dome and managed their special events and catering division. Outtrim has also managed special events for clients such as the United States Postal Service, the 1988 President George Bush’s Inaugural Balls, the 1992 Clinton-Gore Presidential Campaign, major rock concerts, and the 1994 Olympic Games. As a guest lecturer at Georgia State University and Lynn University for the past four years, Outtrim has brought real-world applications to the classroom for Sports Management and Hospitality students. Her passion for teaching has enabled many students to gain work experience in the field at major sporting events. Outtrim graduated from University of Guelph in Canada with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Hotel and Food Management. Growing up in Africa, Asia, Australia, and Canada, she is well versed in international travel and protocol. Currently, Outtrim lives with her husband Mark, daughter Lucy, and two Jack Russell Terriers in Atlanta, GA.
Erick Laubach: VP, Product & Creative
Erick is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of new media experience, including 5 years in online ticketing. As VP of Creative at Ticketmaster, Erick quadrupled the size of the team within 4 years from 6 to 25, taking responsibility for the Design, HTML, Content, and Production groups. Working as the in-house agency for Ticketmaster, Erick's team was responsible for all online and offline assets for the brand worldwide. In addition to his role at Ticketmaster corporate, Erick founded and ran the company’s creative agency, Cottonblend, whose clients included AMEX, TicketWeb, Herbie Hancock, and The Troubadour. In 2008, Erick took Cottonblend independent, and he proceeded to build an entirely new design and development studio from the ground up. As a creative agency, Cottonblend worked with such clients as The Hollywood Reporter, Business.com, DexKnows, and Crowdrise. The fledgling design studio also founded such sites as Cute as Hell Pet Community, Driftr.com, and The Pixel Awards. In addition to design and development, Erick formulated digital strategies for these bootstrapped start-ups to help define the brands and spread them virally throughout the web using third-party sites like Twitter, Facebook, and MySpace. Erick is also an award-winning designer with strong experience in both online and offline media having held senior level positions for several companies including Caesars Entertainment, eToys, and StyleClick (IAC). In addition to the clients already mentioned, he’s also worked with About.com, BMX Plus! Magazine, Business.com, FOX, Intel, Mountain Bike Magazine, NASCAR, PGA, The Pasadena Civic, TicketWeb, and The .tv Corporation—to name a few.
Steve Sobolevsky: VP, Technology
Steve Sobolevsky, as the VP of Technology for Razorgator Interactive Group, is responsible for all of the company’s technology initiatives. He possesses 14 years of experience in the technology sector, focusing on custom web development, eCommerce platforms, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications. Prior to joining Razorgator, Steve headed the development efforts of Outreach Express (now owned by Quest Diagnostics)—an SaaS platform servicing large regional hospital chains including Dallas VA, Piedmont Hospital, and Spartanburg Hospital. Steve graduated from UCLA with degrees in Biology, Physiological Sciences and Computer Sciences.
Nima Moayedi: VP, Operations
Nima Moayedi currently serves as Vice President of Operations for Razorgator, and is responsible for a multi-site customer service and sales call center, the overall management and operation of Razorgator’s extensive network of brokers and all ticket fulfillment operations. Previously, Nima served as Client Partner at Ticketmaster Orange County (formerly Paciolan). Paciolan's ticketing systems accounted for over 25 percent of all live event tickets sold in the U.S., and while there, Nima was responsible for managing clients across all of Paciolan’s markets including: major concerts, professional sports, college athletics, performing arts, and museums. Prior to Razorgator, Nima was Director of Operations at Capita Technologies, a subsidiary of InterPublic Group of Companies, Inc.—a $4 billion worldwide provider of advertising agencies and related services. He directed all support and account management, as well as lead project management efforts for all of Capita's client’s including M&M Mars, Nintendo of America, Warner-Chappell (a division of Warner Brothers Music), Los Angeles County, American Airlines and Aventis Pharmaceuticals. Nima received his Master of Business Administration from the Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine and resides with his wife Mariam in Irvine, CA.
