Paul Pluschkell For over 18 years, Paul has founded and led successful and profitable high-tech strategic organizations of both private and public companies. Currently Paul is CEO and Co-Founder of Spigit, an enterprise social software provider. Prior to founding Spigit, Paul was a Senior Executive at global media and telecommunication firms, and CEO of high tech financial markets. Paul's first company MXNet successfully merged with another company and went public in 1999. Paul's background with content, networks and algorithmic trading was the genesis of the creation of Spigit. Padmanabh Dabke, Spigit's CTO and Co-Founder is an innovator and an entrepreneur with a passion for transforming concepts into real products. His past achievements include MoneylineConnect, a family of financial data products and Stringbeans, an open source portal server. Padmanabh has published several journal and online articles on information technology. At present, he is primarily focused on defining the vision for the Spigit platform. He also consults with several Fortune 500 companies on best practices and strategies for managing collaborative innovation. Padmanabh has a PhD from Stanford University, MS from Clemson University, and B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. Jim Heilig Jim Heilig is the Executive Vice President of Sales for Spigit, bringing 15+ years of sales, general management and business development experience to the team. Inside both publicly traded and privately held organizations, Jim has built and managed businesses taking advantage of the flexibility of software to deliver on enterprise requirements. Jim's proven solution sales background, combined with his financial market experience, puts him in a unique position to leverage the breadth of the Spigit team and technology while continuing to drive Spigit's market leading growth. Divyesh Patel As Vice President of Engineering, Divyesh Patel is the technical contact for Spigit's premier clients. He supports the CTO in all aspects of software development and operations. With a passion for building scalable, optimized and maintainable software systems and an in-depth knowledge of both Linux and Microsoft operating systems, he has been instrumental in Spigit's growth. Prior to joining Spigit, he co-founded Exa Software Inc., which assists non-profits to take their vision and strategy to the internet. Divyesh was CTO and Senior Vice President at eKiosk.com, a company that deployed several thousand unattended kiosks across the nation. Divyesh is an electrical engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He loves long hikes in the mountains and enjoys playing Sudoku, chess and bridge. Glow Nair Glow Nair is the Vice President for Operations at Spigit. He supports operations including build deployments, network access and product scalability. Prior to Spigit, Glow was the VP of Hosting Operations at iAsiaWorks, a pan-Asian internet infrastructure player. He was also a partner at Denahi Global Investments, a pan Asian hedge fund, and worked as a Vice President in Investment Banking at Bankers Trust and Citibank. Glow has an MBA from the University of Chicago and an MS from Purdue University. Annie Lawrenson Annie Lawrenson is a collaborative developer of both people and ideas. After spending four years problem solving in sales, she has spent the last four years in program-specific and long-term strategy development. As Vice President of Innovation Strategy, Annie interfaces between Spigit's current customer base of Fortune 500 clients and the Spigit Product Development Team to identify unmet or even unarticulated opportunities, craft delightful Spigit solutions to meet these business needs and to replicate these best practices across all other clients. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an innovation-focused MBA from the University of California, San Diego, Rady School of Management. Hutch Carpenter Hutch Carpenter is the Vice President of Products, responsible for establishing Spigit's brand as the leader in the innovation management market. With several thousand subscribers to his blog and Twitter account, he is a well-established voice on issues related to innovation, social software and social media. Having worked for both large corporations and Silicon Valley startups, Hutch is well aware of the opportunities for improvement in innovation. He graduated in the top 10% of his M.B.A. class at the University of Virginia Darden School. He worked previously as Senior Product Marketing Manager for BEA Systems. Scott Anderson As Vice President of Partner Relationships, Scott is responsible for the network of resellers, consultants and application partners that help make up the Spigit Ecosystem. Scott spent 16 years at Sun Microsystems where he was a Director of Sales and a Director of Marketing, working with ISV's, Channel Partners, and managing sales people. He has also worked as a negotiation trainer for Baygroup International, delivering training and consulting for over a dozen Fortune 100 companies all over the world. Scott has a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from JFK University in Orinda, California. Kevin Cummins For over 20 years, Kevin has built and led teams focused on driving value with Enterprise Clients, ISVs, Channel Partners and OEMs. Kevin worked previously at NCR and Sun Microsystems and Technologent. He has had a career in sales, sales management as well as responsibility for global ISV sales, marketing, and engineering relationships. Recently, he was responsible for Technologent's national sales, service and marketing. As Vice President of Business Development, Kevin will help drive Spigit's success working with strategy, product development, sales operations and new market expansion. Kevin has a B.S. from the Miami Uninversity, Oxford, Ohio and an M.B.A. from University of California Berkeley and Columbia University. Daniel Connolly Daniel Connolly is responsible for leading Spigit's East Coast operations and customer care. Prior to Spigit, Daniel was a Senior Vice President for ODIN technologies, a worldwide leader in SaaS and integration of RFID networks. As a member of the management team at ODIN, Daniel worked with some of the most advanced adopters of this emerging technology and helped lead ODIN to 100% growth over the two years. Before ODIN, Daniel held management positions at Nortel Networks for 14 years and worked in offices across the United States from Boston to Silicon Valley to Washington D.C. Most recently, Daniel led the U.S. sales team for Nortel which had a particular focus on the emerging wireless carriers and technologies such as WiMAX, WiFi, and optical backhaul. Daniel's desire to be a part of the next great technology wave brought his focus to social networking, where his interests have been growing over the last few years. Most importantly, his desire to be a leader in the company that is bridging the gap between social networking and business value for the enterprise lead him to Spigit. He received his M.B.A. from St. Mary's in Moraga, California and his B.A. from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. Richard L. Tso Richard is the Vice President of Marketing at Spigit with experience in marketing, public relations and advertising for technology companies and venture capital firms. Prior to joining Spigit, Richard was consulting Manager of Global Corporate Communications at TIBCO Software, responsible for international marketing and communications. Prior to TIBCO, Richard was Sr. Marketing Manager at Gigya and held product marketing positions at Yamaha Corporation of America. With an agency background, Richard has also held positions as Account Manager of Client Services at the marketing firm GlobalFluency and as an Associate at New Venture Communications. Richard is a member of the CMO Council and is a graduate of Stanford University. Joe MessinaJoe Messina is responsible for leading Spigit's Community Management practice, with a mission designed to help Spigit clients realize the strongest possible return on innovation. Prior to Spigit, Joe was a Director of Innovation and Strategy Execution at MedPlus, a healthcare information technology subsidiary of Quest Diagnostics, the world's leading provider of diagnostic testing. During that tenure, he used Spigit to position the company for profitable growth within a highly volatile industry. As a veteran product lifecycle management specialist for Lockheed, IBM and Siemens PLM (1985-2000), Joe teamed with hundreds of clients to design and implement world-class, mission-critical design solutions that are still in use all over the world. He received his B.A. in Architecture from the University of Kentucky and is a certified Kaplan and Norton Balanced Scorecard Practitioner. Shannon Burch Shannon is Vice President of Design at Spigit and has 15 years experience in graphic and user interface design. Prior to Spigit, she was Creative Director at HyperFeed Technologies, managing and designing multi-million dollar financial website PCQuote.com, as well as working directly with large financial companies to brand products per their requirements. Her experience with consumer site user interface and working with enterprises positions her to create a user-friendly, attractive, and client-customized user experience on Spigit's products. She has a B.F.A. in Fine Arts from NIU.
