Dr. Peter Reimers, President and CEO
Dr. Peter Reimers joined Arisdyne Systems, Inc. as the Chief Executive Officer and President in August 2008. He possesses a global business background with strong bottom line results. He has extensive experience in process operations, global markets, strategic planning, grain trading, and project management with a focus on biotechnology. His depth of experience benefits Arisdyne as the company develops new contacts and identifies new opportunities in biofuel feedstocks, production processes and technologies. Prior to joining Arisdyne, Reimers worked for Archer Daniels Midland for more than 10 years, overseeing biodiesel operations in the European Union and in the United States. Most recently, he was the managing director of long-term technology strategy in which he was responsible for launching a new research and development center focusing on bioenergy technologies. Reimers earned a Masters in Business Engineering from TU Hanover, Germany, TU Graz, Austria and CNAM Paris, France, and earned his Doctorate in Global Economics from TU Graz, Austria. He served on the board of directors of the European Biodiesel Board, the National Biodiesel Board and was a member of several biofuel/alternative energy working groups sponsored by the EU commission and the German government. Reimers has spoken at several international conferences and seminars regarding biofuel, and will be giving a keynote presentation at the National Biodiesel Board Annual Conference in 2009.
Frederick W. Clarke - Executive Vice President
At Arisdyne Systems, Fred Clarke brings together proven planning skills, leadership management and entrepreneurial background with unique application of cavitation technologies for enhancing production of biofuels. His understanding of the needs of this emerging industry and his leadership of the Arisdyne team have resulted in breakthrough developments leading to new patents, equipment and process improvements for biofuel producers and feed stock providers. Prior to joining FST Fuel Technologies, Clarke was president and CEO of a holding company that owned four mid-sized Midwest manufacturing firms serving the industrial, transportation, automotive and construction markets. As former VP of Corporate Development with TRW, Clarke was responsible for automotive strategy and planning, as well as divesting more than 20 business units. As the VP and GM of a multinational advanced technology equipment and product manufacturing division of TRW, he was also responsible for global business operations, including planning and capital budgets. Earlier in his career, he was a partner with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young). Fred is a retired Captain of the US Navy Supply Corps and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Stanford.
Oleg Kozyuk - Chief Technology Officer
As Arisdyne�s Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Oleg Kozyuk is responsible for leading the Arisdyne team in developing new applications for our patented cavitation technology. Kozyuk received his master�s degree and his Ph. D. from Kiev Polytechnical Institute in Kiev, Ukraine. Kozyuk is a 2002 recipient of the NorTech Innovation Award and is a professional inventor. He is a key scientific resource and lead scientist in Arisdyne's recent Third Frontier Advanced Energy grant. Kozyuk pioneered the concept of using hydrodynamic cavitation in technological processes and has more than 180 issued or pending patents worldwide. His issued patent holdings are in a variety of areas including hydromechanics, mixing, homogenization, dispersion, nanomaterials, sonochemistry, and biotechnology. He also holds a number of fundamental patents in reactor technology, synthesis of inorganic nanomaterials, and new crystallization methods for active pharmaceutical ingredients. His patents have formed the basis for the launches of a number of companies in a diverse range of industries.
Dave Coleman � Chief Financial Officer
As Arisdyne's CFO, Dave Coleman oversees treasury and control functions and assists with investor relations and raising capital. He is a partner with Tatum, LLC on permanent assignment to Arisdyne, a consulting and executive services firm. Coleman has served as lead financial executive for a wide range of manufacturing companies, with a total of 24 years in the CFO seat. He works closely with the board and the management team to secure innovative and efficient sources of capital to meet both long- and short-term requirements.Since Coleman began working with Arisdyne, he has helped define, secure, and allocate financial resources as the company develops, markets and sells its innovative biofuel equipment and technology. Financing sources secured include a $1M grant from the state of Ohio�s Third Frontier Advanced Energy program, over $1.1M in state loans, grants and job tax credits, and private investment capital of $7M.
Paul Reinking - Vice President of Sales Engineering
Paul Reinking is Arisdyne Systems� Vice President of Sales Engineering. With over a decade of experience in machine shop management, he is responsible for improving the efficiency of our biodiesel reactors and takes the lead in directing the activities of the operations team on all aspects of biofuels equipment. Reinking studied at San Bernardino Valley College and at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
