NovaDigm is seeking qualified candidates to fill several positions in its research operations laboratory in Grand Forks, ND. Our facility is in the Center of Excellence for Life Sciences & Advanced Technologies building adjacent to the University of North Dakota campus. The primary activities in these laboratories include the in vivo assessment of immunogenicity and efficacy of our product candidates, as well as in vitro analytical evaluation of these product candidates. We are looking to expand the scope of work in these facilities to include translational development of academic science into technology suitable for transfer to our external development partners. Toward this end, we interact extensively with several academic, governmental and contract services organizations.
We are looking for talented scientists interested in participating in preclinical and early clinical development of truly cutting-edge biological products that will have a direct impact in preventing and treating unmet human medical needs.

Our current hiring is focused on the following positions:
Upstream Process Development Scientist Candidates should have a Ph.D. in microbiology, molecular biology or cell biology. The preferred candidate will also have 3-5 years of post-doctoral laboratory experience developing, maintaining and characterizing bacterial and yeast cell lines to produce recombinant proteins as well as experience handling pathogenic cell lines and developing cell-based assays.
Downstream Process Development Scientist Candidates should have a Ph.D. in biochemistry, chemical/biochemical engineering or protein chemistry. The preferred candidate will also have 3-5 years of post-doctoral laboratory experience developing purification processes for biological macromolecules, particularly proteins, from bacterial and yeast expression systems.
Analytical Biochemist Candidates should have a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, biochemistry or immunology. The preferred candidate will also have 3-5 years of post-doctoral laboratory experience developing and applying a variety of analytical and biochemical methods (e.g. SDS-PAGE, ELISA, HPLC, CE) and experience with automated liquid handling systems.
Preclinical Biologist Candidates should have a B.S. or M.S. degree in biology, immunology or veterinary science. The preferred candidate will also have 5 to 10 years of experience with small animal immunology studies as well as experience with design and implementation of in vivo studies and supervision of vivarium operations.
Preferred candidates for all positions will also have GLP/GMP experience. Successful applicants for all positions must have strong oral and written communications skills, including a history of publications, and a track record of innovative thinking and
