Kevin Chou is the CEO of Watercooler, and has led the company from its founding to over 25 million application installations users across the Watercooler network. Prior to Watercooler, Kevin spent several years at the global venture capital firm Canaan Partners investing in digital media, consumer internet services, and online advertising companies. Kevin took part in funding 10 companies during his tenure at Canaan Partners, deploying part of the firm's $2.3 billion of capital. Earlier in Kevin's career, he advised public technology companies on M&A and corporate finance as part of Deutsche Bank's investment banking arm in San Francisco. Kevin holds a BS from University of California, Berkeley in Business Administration, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Andrew Sheppard

Andrew is the Chief Product Officer at Watercooler and is responsible for product strategy, product development and direct user payment revenue. Prior to Watercooler, Andrew was Executive Producer at hi5 Networks, where he led the company's transformation from a social network into a social entertainment destination. Andrew has extensive experience in the interactive experience industry, having also worked at Outspark, Electronic Arts and CBS Interactive. Andrew has a Masters of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College.

Chris Carvalho

Chris Carvalho is the Chief Operating Officer at Watercooler, and responsible for Business Development, Marketing, Finance and HR. He has a wide breadth of experience and a strong record of achievement at the intersection of technology and media. He has taken products to market, winning the People's Choice Award at DEMO 09 as the GM of SmartyCard, and spent a decade heading up Lucasfilm's business development efforts and leading the company's strategy and partnerships for Digital Media initiatives. While at Lucasfilm, Chris also ran Lucas Online, the division responsible for publishing StarWars.com and other sites, and personally developed all of its partnerships with established companies like Yahoo, Apple, AOL and startups like Eyespot, Zazzle, and TalkCity. Prior to Lucasfilm, Chris spent seven years as a management consultant with Deloitte & Touche, consulting to executives in a range of companies, from startups to the Fortune 500. Chris is a graduate of UCLA's Anderson School of Management and completed undergrad studies at UC Berkeley.

Michael Li

Michael Li is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Watercooler. He is responsible for all engineering activities, including the development and operation of Watercooler's distributed application platform spanning top social networks. Prior to Watercooler, Mike was the founder and CEO of mobile location-based startup 6th Sense Communications. Mike also spent several years as a technology consultant with Accenture and Blackstone Technology Group. He began his career at Abeona Networks, a KP and Sequoia-funded startup. Mike graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Scott Thomas

Scott is the Chief People Officer of Watercooler and drives strategies around talent, culture and organization effectiveness. Prior to Watercooler, Scott was the VP Operations and member of the founding management team at social gaming company Playdom, where he spearheaded the growth from 10 to 300+ employees. Previously he founded two successful recruitment firms, BrainTrust and Firehouse Red, placing thousands of candidates and working with clients like Google, The Gap, Microsoft and countless startups. Scott attended Harvard College, majoring in Psychology.

Andy Lee
Managing Director - Watercooler Asia
Andy Lee is the Managing Director of Watercooler Asia and is responsible for the strategy, management and operations of the Beijing-based office. Prior to Watercooler, Andy was Director of TV & Digital Media for NBA China, where he led the company's digital-related strategy, distribution, content production and business development across Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Prior to NBA China, Andy led China-related investments, business development and interactive media operations for STAR TV China, a wholly-owned subsidiary of News Corporation. Prior to that, Andy led the investment and incubation of early stage companies for SIG Capital Partners, a Shanghai-based merchant bank and venture capital firm. Earlier in Andy's career, he advised traditional and technology companies on M&A and corporate finance in Los Angeles, Silicon Valley and London as part of corporate and investment banking teams for Bank of America / NationsBanc Montgomery Securities and Credit Suisse First Boston / Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Andy has lived in China for over nine years in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Business Administration.

Prior to Watercooler, Bryan led product and marketing teams at Piczo, Peerflix, AOL, Covad Communications, and Verizon. Bryan holds a BS in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from The Neeley School at Texas Christian University.

Holly has been with Watercooler since 2006 as a co-founder, where she is the Head of the Casual Studio and the Design Director. Holly is responsible for driving Watercooler's Casual Games strategy from product development, design and monetization, and is also charged with overseeing design across all Watercooler products. Holly brings significant product development experience from AOL, as well as extensive experience in professional services from working at Accenture and Arhtur Andersen. Prior to Watercooler Inc., Lawrence led product initiatives at Raptr, a social utility for gamers, and was the Senior Manager of Strategic Planning at Electronic Arts. Before joining the gaming industry, Lawrence was a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Lawrence graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S.E. in Computer Science.
