PaperG is an advertising technology company that automates local ad creation, sales, and management for online publishers. PaperG innovated upon the concept of the community bulletin board to produce Flyerboard, a virtual corkboard for local online advertisements. Flyerboard quickly gained traction, and is now used by over 100 leading local websites — including those of Hearst, Gannett, Newsday, and the Boston Globe — to attract more local advertisers.
Our newest product, PlaceLocal, promises to make the next big leap in local online advertising. Type in any local business and PlaceLocal aggregates, manipulates, and filters data in real time to automatically build customized marketing materials — including Flash ads — for the advertiser (You have to see it to believe it!). Many traditional and new media groups will be deploying this local ad platform to capture ad spending as it shifts from the offline world to online world.

Jan 14 2010 â PaperG Inc. an innovative ad-tech start-up today announced that AlwaysOn has named it as one of the OnMedia Top 100 private companies in the marketing branding advertising and public relations industries. Inclusion in the OnMedia 100 signifies leadership amongst its peers and game-changing approaches and technologies that are likely to disrupt existing markets and entrenched players.
PaperGs disruptive online advertising platforms â Flyerboard and the soon-to-launch PlaceLocal â allow local and hyperlocal-focused publishers to reap additional small business ad revenue by automating the ad creation and sales process. Gannett New York Times Regional Group New York Post and Metromix Set to Deploy Local Advertising Platform
Dec 22 2009 â PaperG Inc. an ad-tech start-up focused on local and hyperlocal media today announced deals with four media companies to deploy Flyerboard the companys premier online advertising platform. The new partners include the New Jersey Web properties of Gannett starting on page one of APP.com (Asbury Park Press) the New York Times Regional Group starting in California with PressDemocrat.com the New York Post and Metromix LLC a joint venture backed by Gannett Co. Inc. and Tribune Company.
To date scores of sites have successfully deployed Flyerboard including Hearst Newspapers Newsday.com Boston.com mtvU and the New Haven Independent among others. In its first month of use at Hearsts Chron.com for example Flyerboard generated nearly $100K in incremental advertising revenue for the Houston-based site.
To create Flyerboard PaperG took the popular concept of the cork bulletin board and repurposed it for the Web to give small businesses an easy inexpensive and social media-enabled vehicle to promote themselves in their local markets.
