Bill has over 20 years experience in high-tech marketing and has led numerous teams in high-growth companies. Most recently, Bill was the vice president of marketing for Pedestal Software. Pedestal quickly became a leader in the security auditing space. Pedestal was acquired by Altiris, a public company.
Before joining Pedestal Software, Bill was the senior vice president of marketing and sales for eDial, a developer of Voice over IP (VoIP) software. Prior to eDial, Bill was general manager of Adero's streaming media business unit. Bill came to Adero via Adero's acquisition of StarBurst. At StarBurst, Bill served as vice president of marketing and sales. Bill repositioned the company and guided StarBurst into an industry leadership position with 100 percent annual growth. Bill also held vice president of marketing and vice president of sales positions at Live Vault, Microcom and Bitstream. Earlier in his career, Bill held a series of marketing and sales roles at Data General and Compugraphic. He is a graduate of Fitchburg State College and holds a BS in Industrial Technology.

Dave has over 28 years of experience in data storage systems engineering development. Prior to founding ExaGrid Systems, Dave was Vice President of Software Development at StorageNetworks. Before StorageNetworks, Dave was the Director of the Advanced Technology Group at HighGround Systems where he was part of the founding engineering team and contributed to the success of their Storage Resource Management product. Prior to HighGround, Dave was part of the founding engineering team and a Principal Engineer at Epoch Systems, which was acquired in 1993 by EMC. Dave began his career at Data General, focusing on the design and test of their super-minicomputer systems and storage products. Dave received his BSEE from Northeastern University. Dave currently leads an Advanced Development Group at ExaGrid, which is actively focused on deduplication research and development in concert with multiple academic institutions.

Paul brings over 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive for both public and private companies. He has successfully raised over $200M in both equity and debt capital while driving financial performance and shareholder value creation.
Most recently, Paul served as CFO of EqualLogic, a leading IP SAN vendor in the SME market, where he helped drive the company from $0 to over $100M in sales and profitability in 3 years. Previously Paul was the vice president of finance and operations and CFO of Pelago Networks, a telecommunications equipment provider. As chief operating officer of Enmed, he led the team that commercialized the company's clinical trial management software, securing its commercial release and initial revenue stream before its eventual merger with a large IT consulting firm. Earlier in his career, Paul served as CFO of Integral Access, a provider of broadband access networking equipment acquired by Telco Systems, and CFO of CareInsite (NASDAQ:CARI), the leading provider of e-health communications technology, which completed a $100 million initial public offering before its subsequent sale to WebMD (NASDAQ:HLTH) for $2 billion.
Paul holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an Accounting major from the University of Rhode Island.

Nick has more than 20 years of experience leading the global direct and channel sales functions at several well-known enterprise and storage networking companies as well as other technological and market leaders.
Nick's experience includes an early sales career at IBM Corporation with a focus on mainframe and minicomputer solutions then Digital Equipment Corporation as a member of the executive team responsible for several domestic and international business units. Later Nick was President of Bell Micro's Enterprise Storage Division responsible for $1 Billion in annual revenues managing a systems integration division focused on enterprise storage (e.g., EMC, McData, Brocade, CNT) solutions. Nick was also Executive Vice President at MTI Technology Inc, one of EMC's largest Storage Network Integrators. More recently, Nick served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at 3Com Corporation where he managed the global direct sales, channel sales and overall corporate marketing function. Nick graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bernard Baruch University in New York City with a double major in Finance and Computer Science. Nick is also fluent in three languages.

Marc brings over 15 years of software and hardware experience in the high technology sector to ExaGrid, where he is part of the team that drives product strategy and execution and is responsible for managing product operations. Prior to joining the company, Marc was director of product management for security management products at Altiris. Marc came to Altiris by way of Altiris' acquisition of Pedestal Software in 2005. While at Pedestal Software, Marc was director of worldwide customer services, where he built and was responsible for the team that performed all pre- and post-sales support of Pedestal's products through a period of significant growth for the company. Prior to Pedestal, Marc held various leadership roles in customer service and product management at eDial, Convergent Networks, and Nortel Networks. He holds a BS from Bentley College.

Bill has more than 20 years of marketing experience driving hundreds of millions of dollars in new revenue for high-tech companies in a variety of markets.
Prior to joining ExaGrid, he was VP of product and industry marketing for search applications leader, Endeca Technologies, and he also served as VP of marketing for StreamBase Systems, a leader in complex event processing software. Previously, he held roles as executive director of industry solutions, product, and field marketing at enterprise data integration leader, Ascential Software, where revenues more than doubled to $180 million over seven quarters. Bill joined Ascential via their acquisition of Torrent Systems, where he was responsible for the partnership that resulted in the acquisition. Before Torrent/Ascential, Bill led market development for telecommunications software provider, Kenan Systems, where he helped grow revenues from $100M to $275M prior to and following the company's acquisition by Lucent Technologies for $1.5 billion. At Lucent, he served as communications director for the company's new $1B Software Products business unit that integrated Kenan and Lucent product lines.
Bill has also held marketing and channel management roles at Siemens, Cognex Corp, and Internet commerce pioneer, Open Market. He holds a B.S. degree from MIT and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Yee-ching Chao brings over 25 years of product development and management experience to ExaGrid. Most recently, Yee-ching was Vice President of Software at Netezza, where he worked closely with Support for fast and effective response to customers as well as drove the development process changes to improve schedule predictability and quality improvements. Prior to Netezza, Yee-ching was Senior Vice President at Charles River Development responsible for all Engineering and QA functions within the company.
Yee-ching's other industry experience includes senior product development and management positions at Siebel Systems, ATI Research, Digital Equipment Corporation and Sperry (now Unisys).
Yee-ching received his M.S. in Computer Science from The University of Iowa, M.A. in Mathematics from NE Missouri State University, and B.S. in Mathematics from National Tsing-Hua University in Taiwan.

HighGround produced a Storage Resource Management product. HighGround was acquired by Sun Microsystems. Before coming to HighGround, Michael managed EMC's Customer Service Open Systems Software group. Michael came to EMC, via its acquisition of Epoch Systems. At Epoch Systems Michael held a number of management positions in Operations, Customer Service and Engineering. Earlier in his career, Michael worked for Bytex Corporation where he held a number of lead positions in Operations, and Engineering. Michael received a BSEE from University of Lowell and an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
