Geoff Hampson | CEO
The management team is led by Geoff Hampson (CEO) and industry veteran in the computer datacenter infrastructure market and an experienced entrepreneur. Geoff formerly managed Peer 1 Network Enterprises where he built the business from a single product company generating $350,000 of annual revenues in CY 2000 to a company offering a full suite of Internet infrastructure services generating over $80 million of revenue by CYE 2007 through a combination of organic growth and highly successful and accretive acquisitions such as ServerBeach from RackSpace in 2004 and the dedicated server, managed services and computer data center division of Interland in 2005.
Michael Duckett | President/COO
Michael Duckett joined CoreLink Data Centers in March 2010.
With the goal of establishing CoreLink as a leader in the data center industry, Duckett strategic focus is to ensure CoreLink maintains a flexible yet customer friendly environment across all aspects of CoreLink's business.
Prior to joining CoreLink, Duckett has spent over 25 years in the IT services industry, where he has held a variety of management, operations, sales and marketing roles in both the commercial and Federal government markets. Duckett has a track record of running highly effective organizations with a keen focus on delivering a positive customer experience in association with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Most recently, Duckett served as the Senior Vice President for Operations at Terremark Worldwide where, during his tenure, he ran all aspects of the $200M+ Colocation, Hosting and Network business lines .
Duckett serves on several industry advisory boards.
Jay Sinder | CFO
Jay joined the team in 2010 and was most recently CFO of Hostway, Corporation, a large Chicago based managed hosting provider where he successfully renegotiated the senior and sub debt in the midst of the recent financial downturn. Prior to Hostway, Jay was the CFO of Hu-Freidy Manufacturing Inc where he managed a re-financing, a global expansion. During his tenure at Hu-Freidy overall sales grew by 40% and profit by 50%. Prior to Hu-Freidy, Jay was CFO, EVP and Treasurer at Focal Communication, a large Chicago based CLEC, where he raised over $500 M of new debt and $100 M of new equity.
Rick Crutchley | Vice President & General Manager
Additionally, Rick Crutchley serves as CDC's Vice President and General Manager, joining the team after successful experiences as the COO of CyberTrails a Phoenix-based managed services company. Rick orchestrated the business transformation and facility upgrade to transition ISP-only services into broad IT professional services organization leveraging core strength with data center facility. Rick's prior experience also includes successful leadership tenure with Inflow, a leading national provider of managed computer data center services prior to its acquisition by SunGard (now SunGard Availability Services). In starting and serving as General Manager and Director of Operations of multiple regional computer data centers he was responsible for selling Inflow services, maintaining the customer base, staff leadership, and increasing business efficiencies. His Phoenix office was recognized company-wide with the 2003 leadership award for exceptional growth and quality of service. It also received the organization's 2002 award for Outstanding Customer Service.
Kelly Reiswig | VP Business Development
Kelly Reiswig joined the team from RampRate Sourcing Advisors where she was responsible for advisory and procurement of IT Services on behalf of her clients in the areas of data centers, managed services, IP transit/transport, content delivery, and eCommerce web technology. Prior to that she was the Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst for Peer 1 Network.
