Associate Operations Analyst.

Sr. Database Administrator.
Requires Bachelor's Degree in an information technology or engineering field and 7 years of database management experience. Also required are 3 to 4 years' experience in Oracle database administration and/or design in an area such as manufacturing; finance management; engineering, accounting, or statistics; logistics planning; material management, etc. Good PL/SQL skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision are required. As part of system operations and maintenance team, incumbent maintains and modifies complex Oracle 10g database consisting of over 2,200 tables and develops new database elements such as packages, procedures, and tables. The incumbent manages Project Management Plans that describe the technical approach, organizational resources and management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout project execution; define how the project manager will manage project planning, schedule, risk, resources, and configuration management to accomplish the project requirements; include specific Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) (in Microsoft Project format) tasks, task sequencing, and task schedule durations, that links major tasks with costing data to reflect planned and actual costs to complete the task, and identifies the critical path and critical milestones for the overall project. The incumbent coordinates and reviews the project schedules across the portfolio including identifying resource constraints across projects; provides task monitoring and expediting including ensuring schedules are met and notifications of schedule slippage are made; identifies areas of overlap, synergies and dependencies across projects; works with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The incumbent also provides scope management and planning, meeting support (scheduling and meeting minutes), document management, and monitors and expedites tasks.
